Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher) – Export of Spices

Location: Gota, Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our team in the spices export industry. The candidate will be responsible for supporting international sales activities, developing new client relationships, and assisting in expanding our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential international buyers and distributors for spices.
  • Support in generating leads and maintaining sales databases.
  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-ups with buyers.
  • Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor export market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B platforms (if required).
  • Maintain proper sales records, reports, and documentation for management review.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English a must).
  • Knowledge or interest in international business, export procedures, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong learning attitude with willingness to grow in the export sales field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with spices/agro-commodity sector (added advantage, not mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of international trade platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia).
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to explore overseas markets.
