International Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Ozbix IT Solutions is a fast-growing IT and digital agency serving international clients. We are seeking an *experienced and energetic International Sales Executive* for our *Karachi office (night shift)* to handle client communication and generate new business through cold calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship building with prospects
• Keep CRM updated with accurate lead and call information
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with the management team to develop sales strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international cold calling or telesales
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and target-oriented personality
• Ability to work during night shift (8 PM – 4 AM)
• Must be based in Karachi and available for on-site work
