The Internship Focus: Impact & Responsibilities

As a vital member of our sales development team, you will be on the front line of our global expansion efforts. This role puts you in direct engagement with international clients, where you will be responsible for:

  • Global Client Engagement: Proactively connect with prospects worldwide via phone and email to expertly assess their needs and present our tailored solutions.
  • Value Proposition Delivery: Master and articulate the value of our services and products to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Performance Contribution: Actively participate in meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals.
  • Skill Development: Engage fully in structured training, coaching, and mentorship programs to rapidly develop and refine your professional sales acumen and strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely within the team to share market insights, overcome challenges, and collectively achieve organizational targets.

Candidate Profile: Who We're Seeking

We are searching for individuals who possess a growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for sales.

  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written English proficiency is mandatory for effective international communication.
  • Experience & Education: A Bachelor’s degree, O/A Levels, or current university enrollment is required. While 6-12 months of prior international sales exposure is preferred, we strongly encourage applications from recent graduates and driven candidates new to the field who demonstrate a superior work ethic.
  • Aptitude for Sales: A strong desire to grow and excel in a dynamic, high-energy, and target-driven international business setting.

  • Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
