Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced International Sales Manager to lead global sales efforts, expand international markets, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overseas clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and expand into new global markets and business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with overseas clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in international markets.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Represent the company in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade policies, and company standards.
- Lead and manage the international sales team to meet KPIs and targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–7+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or export sales.
- Strong knowledge of global markets and international trade practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
