Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated International Sales Representative to manage overseas patient inquiries, convert qualified leads into confirmed treatment plans, and ensure a seamless patient journey from the first contact to post-treatment follow-up.

This role is ideal for ambitious, target-driven professionals who thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote DentSpa’s services across international markets and patient segments
  • Manage and convert inbound leads into confirmed treatment bookings
  • Conduct consultations via phone, email, and digital communication channels
  • Maintain accurate records and workflows using CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with medical and operational teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in international sales (health tourism or medical sector experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong closing ability
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, or German are highly valued)
