International Tele-Sales Closer - Male Only

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site only – No Remote)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Salary: Competitive + High Commission (5% on closed deals)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Sales Closer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling warm leads generated by our cold calling team and converting them into paying clients.

This is not a “hard sell” role — you’ll be speaking with business owners already seems interested . Your job is to build trust, explain value clearly, and close the deal.

Responsibilities

• Take over warm leads from the cold calling team.
• Present our Local SEO + Google Ads package to potential clients.
• Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Build rapport and trust with small business owners in the U.S.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and closed deals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience (digital marketing/SEO background preferred).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Strong work ethic and target-driven mindset.
Comfortable working in evening/night shifts.
