About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic International Telecallers to join our fast-growing team in the construction management industry.
This is an easy calling process — no sales pressure, no complex scripts. Just friendly communication with homeowners and contractors in international markets (Canada/USA).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and contractors to discuss project requirements.
• Share relevant project information and schedule follow-up calls or appointments.
• Record call notes, updates, and status changes accurately in the CRM system.
• Offer basic assistance and guide clients through the next steps of the process.
• Maintain a professional tone at all times and consistently achieve daily calling targets.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
• Confidence in handling phone conversations and addressing client questions.
• Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply — comprehensive training will be provided.
• Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or telecalling will be considered a plus.

Timings

Monday to Friday — Evening Shift (aligned with international timings)
