About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic International Telecallers to join our fast-growing team in the construction management industry.
This is an easy calling process — no sales pressure, no complex scripts. Just friendly communication with homeowners and contractors in international markets (Canada/USA).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and contractors
• Share project details and schedule follow-up appointments
• Update CRM with call notes and status
• Provide basic support and guide clients through the process
• Maintain professionalism and meet daily call targets

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (must)
• Confident phone handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team
• Freshers welcome — training provided
• Prior BPO or telecalling experience is an advantage

Timings

Monday to Friday — Evening Shift (aligned with international timings)
