We are looking for a motivated and design-oriented Sales & Concept Design Intern for our Islamabad showroom. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail sales, interior design consultation, and showroom operations within an international furniture brand.

Position Overview

The Sales & Concept Design Intern will assist the sales and design team in engaging customers, developing interior layout ideas, and maintaining Enza Home’s visual and design standards. The ideal candidate is creative, customer-focused, and eager to learn the practical aspects of design-driven sales in a premium retail environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Sales Assistance

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and design suggestions.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Learn to identify customer needs and offer suitable furniture and décor solutions based on style, function, and budget.

Design Support

• Assist in creating room layouts, furniture arrangements, and concept boards for clients.
• Support senior designers in preparing visual presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools (if applicable).
• Help maintain showroom displays and ensure all design setups meet Enza Home’s aesthetic standards.

Showroom Presentation

• Participate in seasonal display changes and product arrangement activities.
• Ensure the overall showroom look aligns with Enza Home’s brand image and visual merchandising guidelines.

Coordination & Learning

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and visual merchandising teams to understand the complete retail process.
• Learn about Enza Home’s design philosophy, furniture materials, and international retail standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or Business Administration.
• Strong interest in furniture, interior design, and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about modern design and retail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
