We are looking for a Sales Intern at our Islamabad showroom who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in retail sales and lifestyle branding.

Position Overview

The Sales Intern will assist the retail team in providing outstanding customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining the Enza Home showroom’s professional presentation. This internship offers practical exposure to sales processes, customer relationship management, and the operations of a leading international furniture brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & Support

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about Enza Home products.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and order documentation.
• Learn and participate in the sales process — from lead generation to follow-ups.

Sales Operations

• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is always well-organized and presentable.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and marketing activities within the store.
• Record and update customer information and sales data in the system.
• Help in coordinating with logistics and delivery teams for customer orders.

Learning & Development

• Gain exposure to Enza Home’s retail standards, customer experience protocols, and product portfolio.
• Learn sales techniques, communication skills, and brand presentation under the supervision of senior sales staff.
• Participate in team meetings, sales briefings, and product training sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales, retail, and customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and eager to learn in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior retail or customer service experience (internship or part-time) will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
