Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored furniture solutions aligned with Enza Home’s product range. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for interior design and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, offering professional advice and personalized furniture solutions.
• Understand customer requirements, space constraints, and lifestyle preferences to recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely closure and delivery.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Enza Home’s product range, features, and pricing.
• Collaborate with the design and visual merchandising teams to enhance the showroom experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, home décor, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Basic knowledge of interior design and space planning is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
