Position Overview

The Sales Head will provide strategic leadership to the sales function, drive business growth, and establish Enza Home as a market leader in the Islamabad furniture industry. This senior leadership role involves setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and collaborating across departments to enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion in Islamabad and surrounding regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the entire sales team, including Sales Managers, Assistant Managers, and Executives, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), sales forecasts, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships to maximize revenue.
  • Oversee customer relationship management, ensuring superior service standards and long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, visual merchandising, and operations teams to optimize sales initiatives and showroom experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies.
  • Represent Enza Home at industry events, trade shows, and business forums to enhance brand visibility and network.
  • Drive the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market insights, and strategic plans for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in the furniture, home décor, or lifestyle industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing large teams, and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
