- Lead generating
- Customer dealing (through what's app, email and for their queries)
- Negotiating (close deals and handle complaints or objections)
- Building relationship with clients
- Communicating effectively with support person

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of call center experience in any campaign
- Fresh Candidates are encouraged to apply
