• Lead generating
• Customer dealing (through what's app, email and for their queries)
• Negotiating (close deals and handle complaints or objections)
• Building relationship with clients
• Communicating effectively with support person
• Target achievement
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Must have 6 months to 1 year of call center experience in any campaign
• Fresh Candidates are encouraged to apply

• English fluency
• Training will be provided for fresh
• Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
• Qualification: Intermediate minimum
