Internet Marketing Coordinator

Crown Gold Exchange is a trusted leader in buying and selling gold, silver, diamonds, and coins, with 17 locations across California and Idaho. We pride ourselves on honesty, transparency, and customer service. We are seeking a motivated Internet Marketing Coordinator with multi-location marketing experience to manage and grow our online presence across social media, search platforms, and email.

Responsibilities

• Post engaging pictures, videos, and written content across:
• Google Business Profiles (all locations)
• Yelp
• Instagram
• Facebook
• X (Twitter)
• Threads
• Nextdoor
• Bing Business
• Company website
• Other emerging platforms
• Create and send email campaigns (design, copy, and automation).
• Write and publish blogs and press releases.
• Respond to customer reviews across multiple platforms in a professional tone.
• Possibly use tools like Merchynt or Paige to schedule and manage posts.
• Edit photos and videos for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with management on creative campaigns to increase engagement and traffic.
• This is not an ad management position, but can lead to that in the future.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or reputation management.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Familiarity with posting/scheduling tools (Merchynt, Paige, or similar).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with multi-location marketing highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
