Position: Talent Acquisition Associate

Experience: 0 to 3 years (in recruitment)

Location: Rohini Sector 7

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Recruitment:

o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using various

channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, and direct sourcing).

o Create compelling job advertisements and post them on relevant platforms.

o Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience,

and cultural fit.

o Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and updates.

2. Candidate Management:

o Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

o Provide an excellent candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process and keeping them informed.

3. Selection and Hiring:

o Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

o Provide clients with detailed candidate profiles and recommendations.

o Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.

4. Administration and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

o Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.

5. Market Research:

o Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide clients with informed advice.

Qualifications:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role in a

recruitment agency (for experienced)

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and job board platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
