Inventory Analyst - 340B Program - Work From Home

Position Summary

THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION

As a 340B Inventory Analyst, this position will support the 340B program by completing inventory analyses as well as work with the pharmacy and 340B teams to resolve inventory and replenishment issues. This position requires the ability to interact with cross-functional team members including internal and external stakeholders. Duties will also include managing tasks, supporting daily inquiries, coordinating end to end 340B Inventory pickups.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to work closely with Inventory Managers and pharmacy staff to address inquiries and remedy issues
• Coordinate the day-to-day operational and planning efforts related to 340B inventory deliveries
• Maintain 340B account information tracked in Microsoft Teams
• Support new program initiatives and enhancement rollouts
• Assist Inventory Managers and Senior Analysts with operational objectives and preparing action steps toward achievement of those objectives with management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with a basic understanding of formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to work with management to develop short-and-long term goals that meet established objectives and contributing to the overall goals of the 340B team
• Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external team members to efficiently address their needs

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in health-related area or must possess transferable skills

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment, 340B program and inventory management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effectively use reports and other analytical tools to help target efforts for maximum results
• Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Microsoft Excel experience working with large data sets, a variety of formulas and pivot tables.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
