A local baby and toddler clothing brand is looking for an Inventory Management Officer. As we scale operations across multiple locations and expand our product lines, we are looking for a highly organized and analytical team member to take full ownership of our inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Replenishment

• Monitor daily inventory levels across store and warehouse locations using G-tech, Shopify and Excel-based tools• Track low-stock alerts and initiate restock actions before SKUs run out• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment to the store

Sales & Trend Analysis

• Review weekly and monthly sales reports to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and high-demand products• Prepare actionable insights for merchandising, discounts, or restock decisions• Support the planning of future collections based on real-time data

Coordination

• Maintain a live tracker of out-of-stock and upcoming products needing production• Liaise with vendors/factories to place and follow up on production orders• Ensure production timelines are aligned with sales performance and seasonal priorities• Collaborate with design and procurement teams to optimize restocking schedules

Operational Systems & Process Building

• Maintain organized records of inventory, incoming stock, and production pipeline• Recommend and implement process improvements using Google Sheets, Shopify apps (e.g., Stocky, Better Reports), or Notion/Airtable tools• Coordinate with other internal team members (marketing, ecommerce, retail) to ensure product availability aligns with campaigns and in-store priorities

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory, planning, or retail operations, preferably in apparel, lifestyle, or multi-location retail brands

Bachelor’s Degree

Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar POS/inventory systems• Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic dashboards)

Strong analytical and follow-up skills• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-minded

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English and Urdu (written and spoken)

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with tools like Zoho Analytics, Better Reports, Stocky, Airtable, or Notion

• Familiarity with production timelines in garments/textiles

Prior exposure to ecommerce brands or retail outlets with centralized inventory
