Job Description

Reports To: Office Manager

Full-time Position

M-F (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Summary: The inventory and Product Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all vehicle inventory, ensuring proper data entry, and managing vehicle information on the company's system, coordinating with other departments on vehicle movement and sales to ensure vehicles are readily available in all applicable systems. Timely submission and processing of aftermarket sales products.

Essential Duties:

  • Stock in new vehicle inventory. Ensuring all data is accurately entered into company systems
  • Remit aftermarket products sold in a timely manner and maintain accurate documentation
  • Process and verify referral payment requests
  • Maintain inventory records by working closely with the sales and service department to ensure seamless inventory management
  • Remains fully compliant with Company HR training and policies
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe and grooming
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multitask, can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Must be focused, detailed oriented and very thorough.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mind
