Inventory and Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and maintain accurate garment inventory levels across all warehouses.

Supervise stock receiving, counting, tagging, and issuing processes.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.

Oversee storage arrangements to ensure proper handling and preservation of garments.

Prepare inventory reports and share updates with management.

Lead and guide warehouse staff in daily inventory tasks.

Implement best practices to improve inventory accuracy and reduce losses/damages.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse supervision, preferably in the garment or textile industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP experience is a plus).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
