Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Inventory Assistant to support our facilities management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth material flow, and coordinating with operational teams to meet daily requirements. This role requires strong documentation skills, proactive stock monitoring, and an understanding of FM materials and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update records of all FM materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in the inventory system.
• Receive, store, issue, and track materials required for maintenance and operational activities.
• Conduct routine stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Organize storerooms with proper labeling, categorization, and stock rotation for efficient access.
• Coordinate with FM teams, supervisors, and procurement to meet material and replenishment needs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and compliance with material‑handling regulations.
• Maintain records and provide updates on work progress to the Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably within FM or MEP operations.
• Strong knowledge of FM materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts.
• Proficiency in inventory record‑keeping and basic computer applications (Excel, ERP/WMS preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of safe material‑handling practices.
