Inventory Controller

Job Summary:

Dithari is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Controller to manage and monitor stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and support smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of inventory handling and be willing to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock (laptops, mobiles, accessories, etc.).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory.
• Track stock movements including inward and outward entries.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Report stock discrepancies and damages to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Support ERP system updates related to inventory.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or storekeeping (Freshers can apply).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ERP systems (basic level).
• Good communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
