Essential Duties & Responsibilities

(including but not limited to)

• Process customer sales returns from start to finish ensuring items are received and properly routed
• Process vendor returns and ensure proper credit or replacement is provided
• Weekly and monthly inventory reporting to management
• Process stocking orders for critical items
• Ensure proper disposition of inventory items used in repairs

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt, stay organized, and prioritize
• Act as a liaison between multiple departments
• Self-motivated with the ability to communicate workload with management
• Must be computer literate
• Prior inventory experience preferred
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• Demonstrated solid working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel, is required
