Position Summary:
Stocklider LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to manage and oversee daily inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse coordination, and timely reporting to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all stock locations
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update inventory systems accordingly
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure stock availability
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss, damage, or overstocking
  • Prepare inventory reports, including stock levels, shortages, and usage trends
  • Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales and operational data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in storage areas
  • Support audits and inventory inspections as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
