Inventory Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Tally ERP).
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems and processes.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials, goods, and products.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Manage warehouse operations including storage, labeling, and dispatch.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and production teams for stock forecasting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory turnover.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff or storekeepers.
• Generate periodic reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
