NASA Chemicals is Hiring – Inventory Executive

Position: Inventory Executive
Location: Hub Factory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations at our Hub Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movement, coordinating with warehouse and production teams, and ensuring timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily inventory records and stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and procurement departments.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and audits.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
  • Prepare inventory reports and share updates with management.
  • Identify stock discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  • Handle ERP/system inventory entries accurately.
  • Perform inventory posting and stock adjustments in ERP/Odoo system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate system updates of inventory transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Odoo system posting will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
  • Candidates from nearby areas, especially Baldia Town and surrounding locations, will be preferred.
