Inventory Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to oversee pharmaceutical inventory operations across clinics, warehouses, medical camps, and mobile health units.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, stock monitoring, ERP/EMR reconciliation, audit compliance, reporting, and coordination with procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical inventory operations
✔ Monitor stock levels across multiple locations
✔ Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliations
✔ Ensure FIFO & FEFO compliance
✔ Prepare monthly inventory and valuation reports
✔ Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams
✔ Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records
✔ Support process improvements and system efficiency

Requirements:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
▪ 2–4 years of relevant inventory management experience
▪ Strong command of ERP/EMR systems and MS Excel
▪ Excellent reporting, coordination, and analytical skills

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
