We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Stock Controller to manage inventory operations for our surgical instruments manufacturing and trading business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate stock records and smooth day-to-day processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory records using Odoo ERP.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and finished goods.
- Record daily stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Perform regular stock audits and physical inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare variance reports.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient inventory flow.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock performance.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and tracking of surgical instruments and related products.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inward and outward stock transactions.
- Support management with inventory planning and forecasting to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or stock management.
- Practical experience using Odoo ERP, particularly Inventory and Warehouse modules.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy in data entry and stock management.
- Experience in the surgical instruments or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
