Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation: PKR 30,000 – 60,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

Sunday Bazar is seeking a skilled Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations for our growing e-commerce business. This role requires excellent command of Excel, practical knowledge of Shopify, and the ability to lead a team with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Carry out monthly inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Oversee stock levels on Shopify and ensure real-time product updates.
• Prepare and update detailed Excel-based inventory reports using advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.).
• Supervise and guide the inventory team, ensuring effective delegation of tasks.
• Develop and enforce inventory control measures to reduce discrepancies.
• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and operations departments to maintain smooth stock flow.
• Share regular inventory and audit reports with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas & data analysis).
• Hands-on experience with Shopify inventory management.
• Leadership qualities with excellent communication and analytical skills.
