Inventory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and manage our inventory levels, processes, and staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy in stock levels
• Monitor and record inventory movements (inbound/outbound)
• Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure stock availability
• Maintain inventory database and generate regular stock reports
• Implement inventory control procedures and minimize stock discrepancies
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification
• Supervise and train inventory staff
• Optimize storage space and ensure safe handling of products
• Handle inventory forecasting and demand planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Proficiency in inventory management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
