Storekeeper

Job Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the school’s inventory, supplies, and equipment efficiently, ensuring accurate records, timely procurement, and smooth daily operations. The role requires familiarity with inventory management systems, good organizational skills, and effective communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, and issue inventory, teaching materials, and driving school equipment accurately.
  • Maintain proper records of all stock movements in the system and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
  • Conduct regular stock checks, identify discrepancies, and report them to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and follow up on deliveries.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all items in the store.
  • Support administrative and operational teams as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the storage area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a driving school or educational institution.
  • Good knowledge of inventory systems and software.
  • Proficient in English (speaking and writing); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,700.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Qatar Driving License (Required)
