Store & Procurement Executive

Doha, Qatar

Job Title: Store & Procurement Executive - Junior Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate timely purchase requisitions to avoid shortages.
  • Source, negotiate, and procure materials, supplies, and services at competitive prices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
  • Implement inventory control practices to minimize wastage and losses.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (preferred).
