Job Title: Store & Procurement Executive - Junior Level
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations including receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and generate timely purchase requisitions to avoid shortages.
- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, supplies, and services at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Implement inventory control practices to minimize wastage and losses.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (preferred).
