Store keeper - Catering Exp

Job Purpose:

To efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of catering supplies, raw materials, and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory control, food safety, and timely support to catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect deliveries of raw materials, food items, beverages, and packaging.
• Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items as per food safety standards.
• Maintain updated stock records and inventory systems (inward/outward).
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and report variances.
• Issue materials to kitchen/operations against authorized requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and alert procurement for timely replenishment.
• Maintain hygiene, organization, and safety standards in store and cold rooms.
• Prevent wastage, damage, and pilferage of stored items.
• Coordinate with procurement, kitchen, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
