Inventory Manager

Shree Bajrang Motors Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized service center of Ashok Leyland, specializing in servicing and maintenance of heavy commercial vehicles. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our spare parts and material management operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the inventory of spare parts and consumables for Ashok Leyland heavy vehicles.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and records through the SAP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, service, and workshop teams for timely availability of required parts.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and ensure zero stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and binning of materials as per Ashok Leyland standards.
• Verify incoming materials with purchase orders and update receipts in SAP.
• Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving items to optimize inventory levels.
• Prepare and analyze inventory and consumption reports for management.
• Implement and maintain FIFO and other standard inventory control practices.
• Supervise storekeepers and maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the store area.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely supply and returns.
• Support periodic physical audits and ensure compliance with company and Ashok Leyland policies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management in the automobile/heavy commercial vehicle industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Modules.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Graduate/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of Ashok Leyland parts and systems will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
