Inventory Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee back-office inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, supervising a team, and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory control, logistics, and returns within the supply chain.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate with vendors, and resolve operational issues.
  • Analyze demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Lead, train, and manage the inventory team.
  • Prepare and present reports on inventory performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or supply chain management (telecom back-office experience is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
  • Age below 30 years.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
