We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic automotive team. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory records, including Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and stock numbers.
• Coordinate with service departments to ensure used vehicles are promptly prepped and ready for sale.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of used vehicle deliveries to ensure proper documentation and condition.
• Manage dealer trades, facilitating smooth transactions and inventory adjustments.
• Assist in managing online inventory merchandising to enhance vehicle presentation and visibility.
• Ensure the proper organization, cleanliness, and appearance of the vehicle lot to promote a professional image.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive inventory management or a related role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inventory systems and online merchandising tools.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate vehicles on the lot.

7:30am - 4:30pm

$15 an hr
