Inventory Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory operations, vendor coordination, import handling, and inter-branch order follow-ups. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining efficient inventory control and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inventory Operations, ensuring accurate tracking and recording of stock levels.
  • Lead and coordinate the Dispatch Process to ensure timely deliveries to clients and branches.
  • Maintain and reconcile Vendor Ledgers, ensuring accurate financial and transactional records.
  • Oversee the Receiving of Imported Goods, ensuring compliance with quality and quantity standards.
  • Prepare and process Imported GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
  • Regularly update inventory sheets to reflect real-time stock movements and availability.
  • Handle Costing and Price Changes, coordinating with the finance and procurement teams.
  • Proactively follow up with branches on a daily basis regarding order requirements and dispatches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, logistics, or import operations in FMCG Firm.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
