Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track, count, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled full inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or misplaced items.
  • Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and managers to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or overages.
  • Assist in organizing warehouse locations for optimal space utilization.
  • Support inbound and outbound shipments by verifying product quantities.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with computers, warehouse management systems (WMS) and Excel experience essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
