Inventory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Track, count, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Perform daily cycle counts and scheduled full inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or misplaced items.
- Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and managers to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or overages.
- Assist in organizing warehouse locations for optimal space utilization.
- Support inbound and outbound shipments by verifying product quantities.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with computers, warehouse management systems (WMS) and Excel experience essential.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
