About Us

We are a leading ice cream cone manufacturing company committed to quality, efficiency, and innovation. To strengthen our supply chain operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Supervisor to manage and oversee our raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Implement and enforce FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Oversee daily stock movements (inward & outward).
• Documentation & Systems
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/Google Sheets.
• Generate Material Receipt Notes (MRN), Delivery Challans (DC), and stock reports.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliations.
• Team & Coordination
• Supervise storekeepers, weighmen, and helpers.
• Coordinate with production, sales, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
• Support planning team with real-time stock updates for production scheduling.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure hygienic storage and handling of food-grade materials.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Report and resolve any stock variances or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse supervision (food manufacturing preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Understanding of hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
