Inventory & Supply Chain Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory on Excel (inward, outward, stock ageing, SKU-wise tracking)

• Daily stock reconciliation for website & ecommerce platforms

• Coordinate with production, warehouse & logistics partners

• Monitor order fulfillment, dispatch & delivery timelines

• Maintain purchase, GRN & return records

• Ensure minimum stock levels and avoid overstock / stock-outs

• Prepare weekly & monthly inventory reports

Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas)

• Understanding of ecommerce supply chain & order processing

• Experience with website & marketplace inventory sync

• Good coordination & follow-up skills

• Detail-oriented and process-driven

Preferred Background:

• Experience in apparel / fashion / denim industry is an advantage

• Prior work with D2C or ecommerce brands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
