Inventory & Warehouse Manager

The Inventory & Warehouse Manager is the central hub of our e-commerce fulfillment operations. You will oversee the end to end movement of a highly diverse product portfolio from raw materials (skincare, fabrics, and packaging) to finished goods (apparel, skincare items and third-party manufactured items). Your mission is to maintain real time inventory accuracy, streamline warehouse workflows, and ensure timely order fulfillment across all product categories while adhering to category specific handling requirements.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesInventory Management (Multi-Category)

· Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw material and finished good.

· Conduct daily cycle counts and full physical inventory weekly/monthly; reconcile discrepancies in the System.

· Coordinate with procurement and operations Manager to avoid stock outs/over stocks.

· Track slow moving/obsolete inventory and recommend liquidation strategies.

Warehouse Operations & Workflow

· Inspect inbound shipments from raw material suppliers and multiple finished goods manufacturers. Flag damages, shortages, or quality issues.

· Segregate raw chemicals from apparel to prevent contamination; ensure climate-controlled zones for skincare.

· Maintain a clear record on in and out from the warehouse

· Inspect returned finished goods, quarantine damaged items, and re-stock sellable products.

· Generate inventory reports: Stock aging, turnover by category, slow-movers, and reorder alerts.

· Set par levels & reorder points differently per category

Compliance & Safety

· Maintain cleanliness & segregation: Avoid cross-contamination between liquid raw materials and clothing.

· Ensure apparel storage (dust-free, off-floor, fire safety) and skincare finished goods (cool, dry, away from light).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years in inventory management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

  • Proficiency in inventory software and expertise in Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple SKU types (raw materials + finished goods) with different storage conditions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication for cross-team coordination.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Hand-on experience with MS. Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
