To strengthen our leadership team in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Investment Director to drive strategic investment initiatives and oversee portfolio performance.

Role Overview

The Investment Director will be responsible for leading investment strategies, managing portfolios, and identifying new opportunities that align with the company’s vision. This role requires strong financial expertise, leadership, and the ability to balance risk with growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee portfolio management, ensuring optimal performance and risk mitigation.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities across industries and markets.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to guide investment decisions.
• Mentor and guide investment teams to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; CFA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in investment management, private equity, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale investments and delivering strong returns.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO4,000.000 per month
