Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand property as a financial asset and can guide clients through strategic acquisitions. You will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, advising clients on portfolio growth, and closing high-value transactions with precision and insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and promote real estate investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi
• Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and market trends
• Conduct property viewings and present data-driven investment proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial advisors
• Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic foresight
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and investment tracking tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial services
• Strong understanding of property investment metrics and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools is an advantage
