Investments and Strategy Specialist

Our Group’s Investments and Strategy Department is now seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Investments and Strategy Specialist who is ready to contribute to high-impact strategic projects and investment evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, or high-growth technology businesses
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent command of MS Excel and presentation tools; experience in building and understanding complex financial models is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a resilient, proactive, and solution-driven attitude
• Ability to analyze financial insights and provide input to business decisions

Job Description

• Evaluate investment opportunities across various industries
• Prepare investment memos and presentation materials to support the Investment Committee
• Analyze growth potential, sustainability, and key risks of new and existing businesses from macro and micro perspectives
• Develop financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and assess valuation under various capital structures and investment scenarios
• Support financial and operational due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, deal structures, and economics
• Contribute to strategic and operational projects of subsidiaries by supporting the tracking of key milestones and ensuring accurate reporting
• Assist in communications with financial institutions regarding project and acquisition financing processes
• Conduct research on projects, industries, and companies, sharing insights with the team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, occasionally taking independent responsibility in interactions
