Financial Investment Analyst

Our local client is looking for an "Financial Investment Analyst" for their fast growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong leadership in project management, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution,
• Manage the preparation of internal and external presentations, investment paper, and legal project documentation,
• Communicate with possible local and global investment targets to collect and understand their financial data,
• Responsible for preparing the data sets in any possible investment rounds,
• Keep a track of market trends, opportunities, risks and new trade ideas by providing investment recommendations and presenting her/his findings,
• Providing consultancy with a proactive perspective on legal compliance and management of legal risks,
• To ensure that the processes related to budget, long-term business plans and modeling are managed in a timely and correct manner, and to be involved in and support the decision-making processes,
• To identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company,
• Representing the company in negotiations with banks, official and financial institutions,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or relevant discciplines from a reputable university,
• At least 5 years of experience in creating and executing project financing in private sector , publicly traded projects and financial assets,
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Preferably Audit and M&A experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office,
• Proficient in Presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities,
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
