We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Investor Relations Officer
to manage and enhance our relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have
5 to 7 years of relevant experience
and must hold a
recognized Investor Relations certification
. You will play a key role in developing and communicating the company's financial narrative and strategic direction to the investment community.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with company goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for current and potential investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

Prepare and manage investor materials including earnings releases, presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports.

Coordinate quarterly earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, and other investor events.

Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights and feedback to senior management.

Monitor analyst reports and summarize market sentiment to key internal stakeholders.

Ensure consistent messaging and transparency in all financial communications.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations, financial performance, and industry landscape.

Ensure compliance with all relevant disclosure and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Executive teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5–7 years of experience
in investor relations, finance, equity research, or related fields.

Investor Relations Certification is mandatory
(e.g., CPIR, CIRI, or an equivalent global certification).

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting, and valuation methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in financial tools (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
