We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Investor Relations Officer to manage and enhance our relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and must hold a recognized Investor Relations certification . You will play a key role in developing and communicating the company's financial narrative and strategic direction to the investment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the investor relations strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for current and potential investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
  • Prepare and manage investor materials including earnings releases, presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports.
  • Coordinate quarterly earnings calls, investor days, roadshows, and other investor events.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to provide insights and feedback to senior management.
  • Monitor analyst reports and summarize market sentiment to key internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and transparency in all financial communications.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations, financial performance, and industry landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant disclosure and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications, and Executive teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity research, or related fields.
  • Investor Relations Certification is mandatory (e.g., CPIR, CIRI, or an equivalent global certification).
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reporting, and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial tools (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
