Position Overview
The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for managing the full invoicing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining organized financial records. This is a full-time temporary position supporting our operations team and playing a key role in day-to-day business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices for goods and services in a timely manner
• Verify billing data against management agreements
• Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist with reporting, including summary sheets, payroll vs. billable tracking, and work order reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of tenant, client, and company information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred)
• 1–3+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general software systems
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume billing environment
• Familiarity with contract-based or project-based billing
• Knowledge of invoicing-related tax rules (e.g., sales tax)

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
