IP Telephony & Security Engineer – Roads O&M Department

We are seeking a skilled Control Room Systems/IP Telephony & Security Engineer (Level 2) to design, implement, and optimize data networks and IP telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Routing & Switching, Collaboration, and Network Security, and the ability to manage and support mission-critical ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and implement IP Telephony, Wireless, and Security solutions.
• Manage ICT projects and ensure smooth coordination with developers and stakeholders.
• Lead network operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting at L2/L3 level.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with Cisco TAC for complex issues.
• Support business continuity through robust network infrastructure and system integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology.
• 10–12 years of experience in a similar role.
• CCIE (Routing & Switching, Collaboration) and CCNA required.
• Experience in Cisco IP Telephony, Unified Contact Center, and Network Security Systems.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Juniper and VMware vSphere is a plus.

Strong leadership, analytical ability, teamwork, and communication skills. Must be self-motivated and customer-focused with hands-on technical expertise.
