- Create, modify, and revise Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) content for Airbus aircraft programs including SA, LR, MB, and XWB (A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350, and A380).
- Follow Airbus standards, tools, and processes to ensure documentation quality and consistency.
- Analyze change requests and perform impact analysis to generate accurate and compliant IPC content.
- Guide and mentor junior authors and illustrators, ensuring adherence to technical and process standards.
- Train new team members on technical competencies and Airbus documentation processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis for rejected work orders and implement preventive actions.
- Develop content for internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions.
- Review and validate work orders completed by junior authors to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Strong experience in IPC authoring for Airbus aircraft programs with in-depth knowledge of SA, LR, MB, and XWB platforms.
- Familiarity with Airbus documentation standards and proficiency in Airbus-specific tools and systems.
- Skilled in interpreting engineering data and applying impact analysis to documentation updates.
- Proven ability to lead and support junior team members through guidance, training, and quality reviews.
- Capable of identifying and resolving documentation issues through structured root cause analysis.
- Effective communicator with the ability to create training materials and share technical knowledge across teams.
