IR Officer

IR Officer:

Experience: 03 - 05 Years Experience in a reputed Textile company.

Qualification/Degree: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain healthy employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and employee grievances.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors and government bodies.
  • Handle EOBI, PESSI, labour laws.
  • Liaise with government agencies (Labour Dept., PESSI, EOBI, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of labor laws and reporting.
  • Address labor issues and coordinate with authorities.

Required Skills:

  • Well Knowledge about computer (ERP).
  • Industrial Relations.
  • Good Communication Skills.

Salary: Market Competitive.
