ISP / OSP Assistant Technician

Major Functions:

• Cable Laying, Roding, Roping.
• Installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining all fiber optic systems on-site and ensure that they are working properly.
• Support the team in concealing/ducting of Optical Fiber Cable with in the customer premises as per required standards.
• Support the team in concealing/ducting of UTP Cable with in the customer premises.
• Testing of fiber optic cable through the OTDR, lesser light, and talk set.

Skills Requirements

• Splicing skills
• ONT Configuration
• Joint Preparation and working with joints
• Cable stripping and preparation for jointing

Experience and Education

• Matriculation/DAE (Electrical/Electronics)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in fiber optics in similar capacity will be preferred
